The NPC Summer Meeting room block includes four room types. They will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• North Wing Limited Tower View
• Park Tower City Mountain View King
• Park Tower Marina View King
• Lake Tower City Mountain View King

Notes about the room block:

• All reservations must be accompanied by deposit equal to the first night’s room and tax at the time of booking.
• The room & tax for all nights will be pre-paid at check in.
• Views and bed types are not guaranteed in our discounted group blocks.  

No-shows will be charged the cost of the entire stay to the group master account as a cancellation fee. 

Early Check-outs must be confirmed at time of Check-in. Changes made after that time will result in a forfeiture of the room & tax prepayment and not refunded.
